For this version, I included a method to check for updates automatically at program start. This switch is off by default. And of course, it will show the new version only once. There is another menu option to check for updates now.

There are some minor improvements. The label function now accepts a position parameter and labels with several lines.

The plot routine now accepts individual colors for vectors of expressions.  The point sizes now depend on the font size.
