Internally, this is Version 20.95.

It comes with  a new help browser. The separate window can be sized and positioned to your liking. It remembers its position. Open it with F1 or with a double click on any Euler command. The help browser can search for functions, built-in commands and symbolic functions. Moreover, it can display the essential content of an Euler file. It can also open the reference in the browser. Read the explanations it shows for an empty line.

I think this is a great new way to handle Euler. I am going to teach the help browser a few more tricks later.
