I recently stumbled across Google docs. There have been web offices before, and there are still others around. However, I never got really fond of any of them. It just seems easier to use an offline package and to share the document via some file sharing site like Dropbox.

However, the charms of an online solution are rising since there is a client available for Android. I’ll have to do some more experiments on this.
