I discussed the iterated sine earlier for real arguments, and gave a problem the solution of which I found later in an old book. But Walking Randomly and before The Endeavour have done this for the complex plane. There is a well known context in fractal theory for this, the transcendental iterator in complex dynamic. In any case, it is both interesting and beautiful math. I had to try this in Euler.
